I would suggest calling Precision Industries. Their Vigilante line of converters are almost bullet proof. Ask to speak to the woman in the tech department. She really knows her stuff. The guys there aren't nearly as sharp.

I have never had a ATI converter although I have heard that they are good quality. I have had 2 PI Vigilante converters and they were both outstanding. Launched good, good street manors, and very efficient.

The womans name would be Vikki! I would have to agree that their tc's are very good and have had very good luck with them. I really have no issues with the guy's there and always recieve awesome sevice from all. The vig would be a good choice. Good luck, Vince.

Yank PT4400 even though it's not on your list. Awesome converter...it's my third converter and it will be my last. This thing rocks and pulls like an animal from a stop and from any speed. You won't be disappointed!

I have been using Vig since 1996 with great results...I just sent mine back for a freshening and re-stall to 4000 from 3600 after my output shaft broke...I've always dealt with Vicki and she's been great...They are very efficient converters that run great on the street and at the strip...The last outing I got consistent 1.52 60's with the 3600 N/A at 3570 lbs...The 4000 should wake it up a bit more...They also have redesigned the front cover and the lock up clutch to be even better than before...Vicki laughed at how old mine was and how great it still looked inside...I'd give them (Vicki) a shout...
