Does anybody have install instructions for the B&M Shift Plus

I got a B&M shift plus for free, no idea how to install it whatsoever. Does anybody have the instructions? thanks

Really? is it any different than changing the shift firmness with a tuner? Or is changing the shift firmness a bad idea?
