WTF??? Converter does not flash on highway roll... it shifts into 4th????? at any roll on the highway...when the accelerator is SMASHED my converter does not unlock/flash and downshift, it shifts into 4th.
Tranny fluid level is fine.

you might wanna check your tourqe converter clutch solenoid, converter, valve body assembly, oil pump assembly or your PCM. That is what the ASTG General Motors techtran manual states as the known cause for your problem
