Default Installed TCI stall

I have a question to you all with stalls. I just installed a 3000 TCI stall in my truck and it feels really heavy, before when i would be rolling and floor it at about 25-35 it would take of peeling out and really pull. Yesterday i tried that and it didnt even pull as close as before. Do your car or trucks drive/feel like this? Is a retune required when installing a stall?

Shouldn't it be more powerful from a roll?

sounds like something is wrong. Adjust shift points maybe?
I dunno but I wanna hear the answer as i'm going to be doing a stall here soon.
