uh.

i vote for regular aamco atf. the b&m **** has friction modifiers in it that eats the plastic internal parts of our transmissions. and i believe the synthetic to be too slippery, which causes the clutches to slip.

i've ran regular atf for 15k (60k on stock tranny total) of abuse with a 4k stall and shift kit...the tranny is still going strong thus far.

None, since they are synthetic. Just use Dexron III like Valvoline, Havoline etc. Synthetic is too slippery for the clutches.

Out of the 3 you mentioned, Mobile 1 Synthetic ATF is the best. Aamco Dexron III which is Mobil Dexron III repackaged (not Mobil One). This is a very good non-synthetic fluid. If you are looking for the best non-synthetic fluid and have HP over 525, and or are "road racing", then go with Monolec 7500 from Lubrication Engineers.
