Default Clunk when shifting

My car has been clunking like all hell for so long now that i almost for got about it. Finally im posting and wondering what the problem may be from someone elses opinion. so there is a massive clunk when i put the car in drive and the car actually jumps forward if i dont hold the brake. this same clunk occurs when shifting hard into second gear(if im not going fast enough to spin the wheels) does this sound like a U-joint problem or possibly a transmission mount?

I'd say the mount. Easy enough to inspect for damage.

I have them and you will get more vibration. It depends what you can tolerate. I'm going back to stock.

I'm not sure but I will find out. The Motor Mounts are great, but the Prothane tranny mount is too much for me. I grew tired of it after a while.
