Can you even adjust the lockup? Seems like every converter I have had, It locks at about 45-47mph

Yes you can adjust lockup speeds in the tune. I've had the best luck setting cars to lock up around 50-52mph in 4th gear to avoid surging/bucking at low rpm light loads. That can also be fixed with airflow/timing though if you really wanna lockup at lower speeds.

I am going to bump mine up a bit, it's too much and causes the RPM's to drop too low when it locks at 38mph (stock setting). I am going to bump it to 44-46mph range. At least in 4th gear. I will have 3rd locking at 30 as it does when you use "3".

I moved both 3rd ad 4th gear lockup. just experiment a little till it's at your liking. Also moving your part throttle shift points help alot with cruising around town, especially with big cams.
