2-step,foot brake,or off idle?
just wondering how many of you stalled up drag racers/street racers "include myself" are using a two-step to launch with a t-brake or are you letting the convertor hold the rpms down?foot braking it? OR leaving off idle? and why.It seems to me that a 2 step set about 1000 rpm under your convertors stall speed on the t-brake is the way to go as the motor is up in the rpms but yet you get the benifit of flashing the convertor for a little harder launch.Am i correct in my theory or not? what are the benifits of the way one launch's his/her car.I am sure there is no one right way, being so many varibles in racing,"traction, wrong convertor choice, suspension issues,(ie car unloading or trying to get it loaded).Just kinda interested in peoples techniques and reasons why.Got nothin better to do but think about racing
