Default Lockup or not?

Excuse for the noob question of, do I want a lockup or non-lockup? Its a LE2 355 with a Rock-On lvl4 60e... What do I need for a stall? Its a full weight street car that will see occasional track time (prolly 10-20 passes per season). I am looking at Vig and Yank, somewhere between 3500-3800. I read all the stickies here and over at cz28 about converters, and Im still not certain what is best for me.. If somone could elaborate, I would greatly appreciate it, thanks

You want a lockup, non lockups are best for race cars who dont care about gas mileage.

definatly lockup. with a high stall vs stock converters. the highway gasmilage won't change with a lock up. without it, the high stall milage will go down by 2-4 mpg atleast. Non-lock up is for race olny cars, like said. i would never think about using a non-lockup in a street car.
