Default finally drove my FLT built trans w/ converter

holy crap. First time driving a stalled car. Level 4 FLT w/ vig. 3200 stall. Its amazing! The trans is gold. It shifts so fast its hard to tell when it shifted. Real solid. converter is awsome too. Its like dumping the clutch in a 6sp car. I cant get over how hard the converter hits!! Everything is top notch and would recomend FLT to anyone. Everyone there was awsome to deal with. And a Vig. IMO is the only way to go.

Yank SS3600 and FLT Level 4 here. Can't go wrong with this combo. Have yet to really put it through its paces. I fully plan on torturing it next year

I recently had an FLT level 4 installed, my max evil III took a dump so off to FLT it went. I really liked dealing with Vince and FLT in general. He was very helpful and informative and gave me plenty of pointers on how to keep the trans running at its best. Also, their customer service top notch. It's just nice having someone explain what's happening inside your transmission, Vince took the time and answered all of my questions.

I am really interested in an FLT setup but dont see on the site how many horses each trans is rated to hold. Vince ,can you give me a general idea of what I would need to handle about 600 ponies? This will be a 2001 LS1 slightly built to about 400 horses with a procharger in a 2600 lb car. (240sx) . Also I dont know much about Vigilante TC's. How do they rate compared to the other popular brands and are they designed specifically to work with FLT transmissions? Not sure what stall to get either as I want to maintain drivability and reliability and it wont be used for racing. I just want to get onto the highway a little quicker! Lol.
