Default Best Converter for F13 Cam

My next mod will most likely be a torque converter and was wondering what stall would be best for an f13 cam which i will eventually get along with the other supporting mods (LT's, PTB, Lid, 160 Stat Etc.) and will probably upgrade my gears to 3.42 or 3.73's. I have heard a lot of problems with other people with converters with lock-up issues and they get loose after time, which TC would be the best for my application

when i asked ppl, they suggested a 3600 for me(f13-114lsa). i went with a 3200 viglante cause of my loud *** exhaust instead of something higher. i have 3.23 gears. i haven't put my stall in, so i can't complement on the performance.

less stall speed, lower shift extension, but probably more efficient and less loose from a stop.

I say,if you are staying n/a I would not go any smaller than a 4000 stall.

i want to keep the car as streetable as possible, i think a 400 stall is way too high, reving to 4000 to get the thing to move IMO is too much.

That would suck, but that isn't how a torque converter works.

would you mind explaining to me how they do work, becuase one of my friend has a 68 Camaro and it had a 3600 stall in it and he said it was too much and not fun?
