So im getting a 3200 vig and TR230 cam. How much will my mpg decrease after the install? Im getting around 21 mpg now.

Your city mileage is going to suck ***** with that cam and a stall, but your highway mileage should only go down a couple mpg from the cam. I usually get 11-12mpg in town, maybe 13-14 if I can keep my foot out of it and 18 on the highway. This is with 3.23 gears.

I get about 17-19 MPG in town.

I have 2.73s, 3600 stall, usually open cutout. 2002 Z28

My last tank I got 14.6mpg, but my commute is 10 minutes or less each way (4 miles) so my gas tank lasts 2-3 weeks. This tank did enjoy quite a few WOT runs as well.

If my commute was longer I'd be in closed loop more often, and at decent speeds (45+) my mpg would increase significantly. And I also need a tune.

It will all depend on your setup, tune and driving habits. My SS3600 didn't change my mileage. Stock tune.

What is MPG? I swear with my 4400 stall it's like I hooked up and must power a 2nd engine. 150 miles to the tank tops.

MPG-miles per gallon. Next of all, I drive aggressively and my intown mileage went to 13 down from 17 with the install of a 3600.

when I went from 3.42's and stock converter to 4.10's and a Vig 3200 my city mileage actually got BETTER!!! my hwy suffered about 1-2 MPG though depending on traffic and weight of my right foot mod.... LOL... I think I came out ahead on those mods.
