Default Fan or no fan for trans cooler???

Just got done with my m6 to auto swap. Im running a dr evil stage 3 with a yank 4000. Im not sure what size cooler, i think its a 36,000. On the high way the guage reads 140-150. Beating on it around town it gets up to 200 at the most but normally runs between 180-190. Is that to hot? I have a fan for it, should i install it or is the normall. Im reading the temp from the pan.

Its mounted in front of the radiator in the middle. Also the sender unit is tapped into the service port not the pan.
