Default Converter problem?

So i have noticed that the car likes to make a constant on off (every 1-2 seconds) vibration at 1.5 k RPM's whether I am in park or drive..... what does this sound like? Car has a 3k stall in it... thinking maybe the bolts i put in started to come loose?

Well I would check the bolts bot a vibration like you speakin if could be many things both transmission and engine related. For instance converter , input drum shaft or bushings , or harmonic balancer,Flex plate , crank shaft or just and engine miss ,
Thats why your not getting many answers to many possibilities , But generally short of loose bolts in converter i would look in the engine direction

I also thought about the engine, however I don't know why it would be happening at specifically 1.5 k rpm's. Maybe I am wrong in my thinking but, wouldn't it be happening throughout the entire rpm range if it was motor related?
