Default Disconnecting Transmission lines from radiator

I searched and couldn't find anything in here or in the internal section.

I'm in the middle of the cam swap, and ls1howto didn't say anything about the transmission lines to the radiator in that step.
I'm wondering a couple things..

1) What to use to tie off the open lines and coupler when I disconnect them?
What size bolt or whatever would work in the radiator side? I suppose I could just tie off the open lines with some seran wrap and a rubber band for the time being.

2) Will it cause problems with air getting in the lines or some such by disconnecting them? I know oil change shops do this when they flush it so I wouldn't imagine it being a big deal. Just want to make sure my bases are covered before I go removing stuff.

Thanks for any help.

FYI, its definately not a 7/16" 1/2", or 12mm bolt
But if you connect the top one, not so much dribbles out, I think thats why.
Either way, I got the radiator out....w00t.

Just use a piece of rubber hose between the two ends.
Don't worry about air. It will be expelled as soon as the fluid starts flowing.
