Stock shift cable?
#2
Not sure if anyone ever answered your question but the best way to find a part # is to go to a gm dealorship and get the number from them because they have visual diagrams that you can't get anywhere else.
But in case you know what you are looking for stock parts are real cheap at gmpartsdirect.com

I ended up buying one off a member on another board, and it was broken, . He didn't realize it and gave me my money back, and I was able to use a hose clamp to hold the original cable in the shifter (the little plastic clips were broke off). I tried gmpartsdirect, but couldn't find a listing for it. Never when to the dealership to get the PN though.

There is a GM parts dealer (non-sponsor) on Ebay that sells OEM parts cheap. I just bought a new headlight motor for $98 shipped. Which is way cheaper than almost anyone I came across. Or contact SDPC (sponsor here >>). They have almost every GM part in stock and offer great prices as well.
