how to tell which trans i have? ive got a 98 z28. im pretty sure the trans is stock. i ordered a new rear from strange a few weeks ago and they called back needing the yoke and need to know what trans i have. i know its an auto but how do i find out which exact trans it is? is it anywhere on the trans itself? please help

If you have a '98 Z28 with an auto, then it's a 4L60E. Unless someone convertered it to a totally different trans.
