Default 9C1 tranny in f-body

hey guys just wanna know if this will work buddy of mine had a 94 9C1 caprice and when he bought it the guy gave him another 4l60e so im wonderin if it will bolt right it or if the tail shafts are different or what so if you guys can help me out that would save me alot of money right now thanks guys

Yes, just change the tailshaft housing and you should be set.

A 94 trans is completely different from he 2001 you have in your sig its not and easy swap , Requires special converter or spacers, The electronics are all wrong. At least if im getting this right and your talking about putting a 94 4l60e in a 2001 F body.
Much more trouble than its worth not to say it cant be done it can be done but probably not worth the effort and expense.

ok didnt know that lol , and no you do not have to change tail but you do need to look at the pump and see if theres a PWM on both pumps if not PM me and ill tell you what you need to do

whats the PWM on the pump??? so if theres a PWM on the pump from the caprice and not on my bird or vice versa what is it???

type of converter clutch contoll if the both do or dont no problem but if one does and one dosnt PM me and ill tell you what to do about it , its not hard
