The SS3800 will be an awesome converter. Don't listen to them.

3800? ****, I daily drive my 4400 stall with stock internals. You already got the big cam, as far as stall is concerned, go big or go home. 4400 is a piece of cake.

I run a vig 4000 and have heard that they are looser than they are rated and I love it. I started with 2800 and always wished I had gone bigger. Don't hold back!

3800 Will work great. Unless you plan on spraying nitrous, I would think about going with a 4400 or bigger. Especially if it's not a DD.

I run a PT 4200 with my Ms4. I wouldn't go any tighter than 4000.

BTW, mine starts falling off at about 6800 so that should be a great shifting point... that is, if it's comparable to my set up... Ls6 intake, Ms4, 4200 stall, A4, 4.10's, Pacesetters, Twister mufflers straight off the headers.
