Default TransGo Shift Kit Going In...Any reputable installers in VA?

I have and 04 GTO with mods in my sig and understand a shift-kit will definitely fix my sloppy 2-3, 3-4 shifts under normal driving and will assist at the track and lock-up as well. How hard is the install without dropping the tranny? Is it a do-it-yourselfer? If not, any reputable tranny shops in Hampton Roads VA? From searching, I suppose I want the HD2 kit and but which level, 2 or 3 for optimum daily driving and track use? Thanks!

you could do it yourself, and you dont need any special stuff. just jack up the car, remove the pan, and drop the valve body. the instructions that transgo gives you are really good. if you follow them step by step youll have no problem
