Default dd stall question

hi all I recently just switched over from mustangs to working on a ls1 4l60e rx-7 build. And have a converter question.

I am looking at the yank converters but I am not sure what stall speed to use for a 100% daily driver, with 3.90 or 4.10 gears, on a 2700ish pound car?

would a 3200 be a good choice?

I am not planning any extreme cams, but I am looking into H/C/I on my stock ls1
