Default Energy Suspension Tranny Mount?

Alright, I did a search and could not get anything conclusive out of it. My tranny mount is split and I was wanting opinions on the Energy Suspension mount.

As of now the car is stock, but that won't last too long. Future plans are probably stall, cam, maybe nitrous.....primarily street car with some time at the strip. If there are any others that are better let me know.

Now that I have seen a picture of a torque arm mount I think it may be that, when I was changing my fuel filter the other day I glanced up there and it looked like the torque arm mount was broke. Should I go with a stock one or with a poly one if it is indeed the torque arm mount?

If you don't mind vibrations in your car get the ES bushings. Rubber ones absorb ALOT of those annoying vibrations. I'd stick w/ stock ones since the car is mainly use on the street.

Does anyone know how to change out the torque arm mount and would it require readjusting the pinion angle after the mount replacement?

There is only one mount for our cars.

Myself and some others are re-installing our stock mounts after finding the vibration with the ES/Prothane mounts to be too much. Though people make the ES vibrations sound worse than my Prothane.

I only changed it at the time the transmission went in for preventative measures, but I never broke my stock one. I'll swap them back, and will hold onto the Prothane in case I need it. A lot of automatic cars don't have problems breaking the mount but there are always some who will, but its in the minority rather than the majority like the M6 guys.

I now have the energy suspension mount and haven't had any issues. For some reason I don't have any pictures of it though.

I'm gonna try to get under the car today to take some pics of the torque arm mount and transmission mount to see if I can find out which one is causing my troubles......could it also be my exhaust? I know at stoplights the cat-back rattles like a s.o.b. I forgot to mention the problem is I feel a thumping of the floorboard when I get on it from a mild thumping at 1/4 throttle to moderate thumping at 1/2 to WOT.
