Default 700R4 Governor Recalibration Kits

I was going to buy the B&M governor recalibration kit for the 700R4 thats going in with my LS1. Anyway, I am hoping one of you guys have already done this, and give me what weights and springs you ended up going with. I know I will probably end up changing them again anyway but this will give me a good starting point, so I don't have to change them out 5 times.

The reason the kit exists is because there is no one universal answer to this.
Someone might come close if you said what rear gear and tire size you have.
Someone can give you an answer, but it's not going to be of much use.
And you're going to end up having it out several times.

Thats what I was afraid of

I was hoping to only have to do it a couple of times, instead of 5/
