Hi guys this is my first post!!!!!!! I have a 97 T/a with 77000 miles
all stock at 65k head gaskets but runs real good i love it.
I changed the tranny fluid removed the pan and i added 5 quarts of oil ........
probably miss read the dipstick added and removed fliud and lost track.
the deal is the oil shows way high past the cross hatched area and only on one side of the stick when hot ..
but nothing on the end ! how can this be possible? when the engine
is not running and cold the oil shows up on the warm area.. but if i crank it
i can not get an accurate reading. don't want to pull pan off again.
shifts and runs good so what gives???? thanks MANNY.
