Default New to converters: hope this is a good one!

After talking to Yank, I went with a 4000 for my TH400. Dave talked me out of the 4400. This was the lowest that was recommended to me, but they are the pros.
Does this seem like a good match for a 408ci solid roller, 7400 shift point, 4.11 rear, and a 200 shot?

I'm sure they do. I've seen similar set-ups with 4600+, and I don't want to leave anything on the table.
