Default Yank street driving

Hey guys,

I can get a great deal on a Yank 3400 converter. I'm not sure of the exact name of it, just that it's a 3400 and it's for my TH350C. Haha. I am just wondering, how will it be driving around town? I drive my car all the time, and I am wondering how it will feel, and how bad that is for the converter. Also, what trans cooler should I get? And how much lower will it get me in the 1/4? I ran a 12.97@104 with a 1.80 60' with my 2400 stall. Thanks!

It will probably feel pretty loose around town !! You better make sure the lockup is working if you havn't dissabled it . If the converter is built right it wont hurt it . That much stall will build a lot more heat , so go with a large cooler 1800GVW or more !

I just got a yank SS3600 and i drive it around town everyday with no problems at all. I have to be a little over 2000 rpms to keep up with traffic so until the engine warms up i just take it slow and hold up traffic a little bit. But other than that its just fine for daily driving.

REAL hard to compare stalls between LS1 car to others. Torque curve and lower first gear makes bigger stall ALOT more livable.

My Yank feel like a stocker till you get into it, it drives like a normal car, Unlike a few other stalls I have had
