Default How much fluid in TC?

I am getting ready to install a used VIG 3200 into my trans. Tried filling up the TC with fluid. It goes in real slow, level is visible looking into where the input shaft goes.

Is this enough fluid in the TC in order to put it in my trans?

If it's used it probably has fluid in it. 1/2 quart is fine.

My new TC install instructions said to put in 1 quart. Then put the rest in after the transmission is installed. Seems to have worked like a charm for me.

I am installing mine Friday and the guys at FLT told me 1/2-1 quart is fine. You dont want to dry fire a brand new converter. Since yours is used you should be fine.
