I don't know the exact details of an f-body or lt-1 swap, but I did it on my truck and here's what I know:

1 - no, the PCM controls each differently, and the harnesses are different (80E requires 2 VSS's vs the 60E's 1, and the round green connector is configured differently)
2 - no, the trannies are different lengths
3 - no, the trannies are different lengths. You might be able to change the yoke, I know the 2wd truck guys can change yokes and be fine. The output shafts on the 60E vs 80E have different spline counts and the 80E is larger IIRC.
4 - not sure
5 - no

ok i was going to do the same swap on my ls1 car but decided to sell the car. I order the harness adapter from speartech.com also you are going to need a converter and a flex plate . and the dimemsions of the tranny are different 4l80e is longer so you need to make a crossmember or modify it and a shorter shaft.

I just ordered a 4l80-e tranny that comes with everything I need. These are the parts it comes with:
# Wire Harness
# Crank Spacer & Bolts
# Crossmember
# Custom Driveline Yoke
# Dip Stick Tub
# Transmission Mount
# Connection Lines & Fittings
# Transmission
# Torque Converter Shield

The yoke allows you to use your current driveshaft. I also had to get another torque converter.
