i have a stock 4L60E what do i need to do to it to run 9s or should i just get a power glide? how much horse power can this thing handle?

well i spoke before with (transmition build peformance) and they told me its possible but the maximum runs on that trans was 6 runs only ! my opinuon go with th300 or 400 if u wanna reach 9s. good luck
