bone stock 4l80e

Default bone stock 4l80e

if the search worked i wouldnt ask but im pretty broke right now and was woundering if a bone stock 4l80e out of a 97+ truck would hold 450rwhp in stock weight trans am reving to 6700.. I know their much stronger then a 4l60e but dont know how much stronger. Ill have it built later but for right now dont have the funds.

See sticky at top! The stock 4l80e is rated at 700ftlbs I think it was. You should have no problem with 450hp...

i would say more like 500-600 rwhp in stock form. i did lots if research on this and even talk to a few dealerships and mechanics. there are some trucks that break these things stock, but then again they tow **** and are much much heavier

i read it, it just said much stronger. Im not rebuilding or nothing, no high energy cluthes, complete stock with probbley 50or 80k. Thanks for the repley.
