will a Yank 3200 stall bought for an 02 trans am fit on my 2003 gmc sierra with a 4.8l...guy wants 2 sell it...hasnt had time 2 install it and now he needs some money...he told me it will work but i would rather ask and be sure before i pay him

Should work fine, The stall characteristics may not be as specified for his car but fit should be no issue. Stall may feel a bit higher and looser with the heavy truck .
