Default hard to install shift kit?

i was debating on getting a shift kit but i had no idea how hard it was to install. i don't know a ton about tranny's. if it comes with good directions then it may not be a problem. i don't even know if special tools or anything like that is needed....

They do come with pretty good directions. If you have pretty good mechanical abilities it should be pretty easy for you. As far as special tools, a pair of small snap ring pliers with small tips will be needed to remove the pressure regulator springs and the boost valve. An inch lb torque wrench would be a good idea as well to properly torque the valve body and the transmission oil pan. Other than that some basic sockets will be required and a small pick or screw driver. I hope this helps. Vince

We do sell the parts for this if you are interested check out our site.
