problem 4l60e
i was having problems with tranny car hitting rev limiter on downshift at 50mph had tranny rebuilt with upgrades 2-4 band was burnt running a vig3200 tried a 40mph punch car downshifted to 2nd then hit limiter tried again it ran strong but through a 2-3 selonoid stuck open code could this selonoid be causing all my tranny issues thanks

what tuning should be done so i can see if tuner did it when it set the code i think it went to limp mode cause it felt like converter was slipping 3000 rpm just to get moving

Ussually it will say (shift solenoid b or 2-3 solenoid performance stuck open or closed ) code PO757
You can try the shift solenoid but its just as likley that you need a change in tuning and have the test for that code removed. But since it could be either situation and the solenoid is cheaper and easier to replace. I would try that first. Ussually I suggest replacing them as a set. both the 1-2 and 2-3 solenoid at the same time.

thank you when tuning for coverter what is usually done shift points ect cause i know tuner increased line preasure but dont know what else he did to the tranny tables

Well I am not a tuner , However I do know that in cars where higher stalls ussually 3000 up , its sometimes nesesary to delete the test for the 2-3 solenoid the reason why is that due to the stall rpm even though the PCM does comand the shift , When the PCM compares the engine RPM with the VSS vehical speed the numbers are not as expected and it does not think the shift occurred even though it actually did. So the PCM sets a code for the 2-3 solenoid even though theres nothing wrong with it.
