Are you asking if you be better off from a roll than a stop?

my ss3600 with the m/t et street radials on hooks like a mother from about a 15 mph roll...almost hits as hard as the track...from a stop without a burnout and no brake stalling it will spin just a little...for any converter you really need tires...i dont think i will ever go back to street tires, it is completely defferent car with the drag radials
