Default How do you remove the 4l60e pump?

Ok let me start at the begining I had the TQ managment taken out of the computer and the tranny decided to stop pumping. The tranny only had 5k on it too. The fluid looks perfect and no debris in the tranny so I think I should be ok to just replace or rebuild the pump. I pulled the tranny this weekend and now I just need to know how to remove the pump so I can rebuild it. Any of you guys done this? Any help would be appreciated.

take off the pan remove the tccc soleniod and then remove the pump bolts and you can use a screwdriver in between the reverse drum and the back of the pump and pry it out if you dont have a pump puller....pretty simple

yes dont pry too hard against the case or the pump, they are aluminum and WILL distort, causing leaks.
