It is not abnormal at all to restall a converter more than once! I am sure if you call the folks at Consolidated they will have not only suggestions but will let you know thier policy on restalling a converter.

It is not exact scisnce and most companies will restall a new converter at least once for no charge to the original owner.

You must be putting out low hp#s cause the Vigalante 3200-3400 I got will stall between 3800-4000 when my MS4 kicks in. I usually let stall to 3000 just for driving around town and let pull thru the gears till she hit 40 and locks up. I would call Percision Industries and tell them about it they are real good people. I just had my stall cleaned out before I installed the new tranny and I could have had it stalled anywhere I wanted to. But I told the 3200-3400 was excellent just leave it there. You might have sent the wrong convertor. Everybody makes mistakes.
