Anyone mated a 4L80 to AWD Escalade/tahoe or GMC? In middle of a install which was supposed to be straight forward. But now mating the 4L80 to the transfer case is proving to be a huge problem.
Any words of wisdom?

Well, I am not there so do no tknow the details. All I know is the latest is that they have to switch to some truck SS$4model transfercase that is much stronger and it fits. Set me back $1500 though.
