is this flex plate any good?, it will be for a th400 on a 2000 ss

It's going to be a lot better than stock or it wouldn't be SFI certified. The price looks to be a little cheaper than one of the other major brands.

If that is the actual flex plate it appears to be from a Ford.

TH400 has 3 mounting holes, the one pictured has 4.

I just reread the information and it says may not look the same.

As long as you get the right part number for your application that flexplate will be great.
