How much HP can a 4L60E stand up to?

i had 431rwhp on mine with a 3200 vig and a shift kit never had any issues then i dropped a big motor and a th400

transgo loved it if my memory serves me correctly this helps extend the life of the trans, by not allowing the trans to slip into gear as much hence the harder shifts
