Intercooler&TRANS cooler location?
Im installing a turbo kit on my 01 ws6. The intercooler is made to fit
in front of the ac condensor. Only problem is i have 2 trans coolers there. I could get a way with using one and a fan but i dont know where to put it. Any one have any ideas? Pics would be nice.

I have no idea where to put it with the intercooler in the way but you could run it in series with the stock cooler which would help with the absence of the second cooler but you still need to find a cooler location in the airstream

Okay, this is what i did a couple hours ago. I installed one of my coolers right in front of the driver side fan actually inside of the shroud. Im going to buy one just like it for the other fan. It fits perfectly inside the shroud. Its a 3/4 thick cooler and i think its 18k gvw. One is not enough my trans got to 220 with in 30min of city driving. But i think the second will fix that. Im suprised more people dont run then this way. Very easy install. Just took the shroud out drilled 2 holes to run the trans line through, installed the cooler and reinstalled the shroud and hooked up the lines. Now the intercooler fits really nicely where it was supposed to.

so you put it behind the radiator? if so you will not get much cooling effect there becuase the air will alreayd be heated up from the intercooler, a/c condensor and the radiator

So far its my only solution due to intercooler location. If it doesnt work with two coolers one 19k and the other 16k then ill have to come up with something else. Do they make a stronger replaced fan motor for the stock fans. That couldnt hurt.

Buy one with a fan and mount it where ATI Procharger mounts their twins.
The ATI twin intercoolers do not have fans so a transmission cooler with a fan mounted in the same location should keep your tranny cool.
