Default Could this be my leak?

Recently I've had a small leak. Seems that although I made enough tunnel clearance when we installed my 4L80e, I didn't leave enough room for when we ended up raising it some more a few days later. So the electrical plug was pushing on the tunnel until it looks like it's just tilted a bit, ruining the seal around it. Nothing big.

Does this sound right? As in, should the fluid be that high in the tranny when on a slope or under acceleration?

Oops just saw that there's a similar thread, only his is from the builder, whereas mine is installer error (my fault). Just to point out, the good news is that I'll be pulling the engine and tranny in a few weeks anyway, so I'll fix it then.
