Well I am not sure about the number but TMAX is the ident used fo the stcok ls1 fullsize converters I see that on daccos and other reman converters . Of course it could have any of various stalls depending on where it came from or if its been restalled etc

That is the sticker code on a LS1 4L60E, as Performabuilt said. If the converter is unpainted, it is probably unmodified.

What is it that you are looking for?

I bought the car used and was told it had a shift kit and a small stall.
I want to figure out what stall is in the car.

Also had one more question.

Before the Transmission rebuild my 1-2 shift was very hard and after the rebuild the car shifts firm but not as hard.

Any idea's?

Thanks

The converter could be a "little stall," but not much.

As far as the tranny, they could have changed the pressure regulator spring, seperator pate, EPC. and who knows what else. If you are happy with it then I'm sure it will be OK.
