Help identify this TCI convertor

Help identify this TCI convertor I will post pics as soon as possible. It is black, so I am assuming it is TCI. The back half is curved like a normal convertor, but the front half is not. The front is not curved, just round and flat like a cylinder. Also there are only 3 mounting holes. These numbers are on the back:
06 293 001
061 00 2
and
06 293 001
019 00 1
Any ideas? The guy wants $100 for it. He told me it was a 3000 stall tci for ls1, but I don't really trust that he know's what he's talking about.
