Bought a 98 camaro from a friend...never dyno'd but its got to be up in the 500 hp range. Tranny blew up and now I have a new one to install. My question is when I bought this stage 3 raptor with torque drive upgade, the highest stall I could get with it was a 2800.

Everyone keeps talking about 3000+ torque converters and it had me thinking...is 2800 too low? Any input appreciated.
