Default Shift points at WOT

I had planned on having my car programmed to shift at or around 6700 rpms at WOT, but after reading an older issue of GMHTP mag, I noticed most all of the A4 people with nitrous, and a fairly close combo as I have, are shifting at 6400-6500, and their cams are bigger than mine.

What is recommened? Mods in sig if it matters.

Thanks.

On the dyno, my cam peaked around 6200rpm and never backed off through 6800 so, I had my tuner set my shift points to 6500. That made a HUGE difference at the track! Always have to be cautious about having these transmissions (4L60E) shift at such high RPMs. Mine is fully built w/ the 4L65 upgrades so, I'm hoping I'll get plenty of life out of it.

I would use your dyno sheets to help make your decision. 300rpm past peak is what most recommended to me.
