Default Wot Lockup

Just Wondering The Pros And Cons On Locking The Verter At Wot?

Currently Lockup Is Disabled Past 75% Tps In My Car Was Thinking To Allow For Wot Lockup At 100% Tps If Engine Speed Is Say 5000-6700 Rpms

But I Am Unsure If This Is :

1: Safe
2: Good For Performance

i've heard of manually locking up converters at the top end to give you a little extra "kick"

it can't be all that healthy for the converter... i wouldn't think so atleast.

It will put some extra wear on the converter . May or may not help in the top I have heard both sides of that, They do make multi disk converter that are intended to do WOT lockup
