Default T/c Slips Too Much

I Got An S10 With A Th350 And A 4200 Stall And It Feels Like It Slips Too Much I Have To Gas It Alot When I Load It Up On The Tralier. And My Bro Has A Gn With A Th400 And A 4500stall And It Almost Goes Up On Idl.e What Can Be The Problem. And Im Not Sure On The Brand On The T.c I Think Its A B And M Cuz Its Some Weird Blue Or Purpleish Color...

purple are Vigilante's and are usually great! blue are B&M and they junk converters!

well i got the idle adjusted but it still feels a little loose

it's gonna feel alot looser than your brother's power-adder stall. His will be much tighter than yours out of boost; that's the nature of things. FWIW all of the vig stalled cars I have tuned IMO feel really sloppy under stall compared to most off the Yanks. People with Vig converters will probably jump in and have a fit, but after driving and riding in LOTS of them, that is a fair overall estimation.

I'll second that, my vig 3800 was very loose compared to my Yank 4000.
