Default Vigilante 3200 or 3600 for 402/Procharger. Suggestions PLEASE.

Just found out the Vig Single 3200 I had in the car folded the fins, so I have nothing to go off of here. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. Gotta make a decision by tomorrow, to get the converter here in time for my next dyno appt... Going multi-disc... I'm worried the car might drive through the 3600, but I'm looking for pure track performance (ie: I don't want to short myself by going with the 3200 IF the 3600 is going to work out better). This isn't a daily driver and I don't care about a loose converter on the steet if it means a better 60 ft. Thanks in advance!!!

Man, if your just looking for track performance, I would definately go with ATLEAST a 3600 with your setup.. You have to be making some pretty crazy horsepower with that.

Yeah, I'm just worried about the 3600 turning into a 4400 or something like that. Apparently I don't actually know what a healthy 3200 feels like. I'm just trying to calculate exactly how much I'm going to flash each with my combo. I'm ballparking the 3200 turns into a 3800 and the 3600 turns into a 4200? Sounds about right for a well built blown 402?

3600, heck I would probably do 4000 stall with your set-up.

I gather Precision Industries is going to fix this? I would stay with the 3,600 rpm stall, too much stall will hurt the mph, in the quarter mile.

I have a new Vigilante 3600 triple disc in stock for an LS1 F Body, normal price is $979.99. I'll sell it for $900.00. The triple disc will handle a lot more torque than the single disc. Bob

I already have a Vig 3200 single disc, so I just sent it in to upgrade to a multi-disc. The guy I kept getting on the phone wasn't really helpful no matter how much I questioned him. I called and talked to Vicki and that lady KNOWS her stuff. She rattled off answers to my shift extension, STR and pump questions very quickly. That's the kind of customer service that KEEPS business... 3600 it is. Thanks.
