Default Car won't stay running NEED HELP

Ok I just finished doing a M6 - A3 conversion, and we have not installed the pedals yet but my guy wanted to start the car up. He has not wired anything from the clutch switch yet, so he jumped the solenoid under the hood and he said the car fired up but didn't stay running.

WHy wouldn't the car stay running?

What's the best way to wire the clutch switch so I start the car, I don't have a neutral safety switch(I don't think). I'm using a stock A4 shifter right now and stock M6 wiring.

have you figured anything out on this yet? the clutch safety switch wires are black and white. You can just splice them together. try that and let us know.
