Just got a B&M Trans Cooler
Hello all,
I just got a plate style B&M trans cooler. I am unsure of the GVW rating on it, but it came with many fittings, mounting hardware, and hose. It also has hardware so that you can secure it to the frame by bolting it, or you can also use zip ties through the radiator. The guy at the speed shop said this cooler kit was the best bang for the buck, as the next level up had inlets and outlets that had a diameter of approx 3/4 to 1" and would cost a lot to fabricate fittings despite already being an overkill unit. I know how the basics of how to install this cooler, I just wanted to see if anybody had a similar plate style unit and how they did it.

Nah I think this one is smaller. I asked the speed shop guy about it and he was like, "that's overkill, your car is around 3300 lbs!" I'll tell you guys what, I'll get the part number. BTW, what is "dope style" mounting?
